Project authorities

COLIBRI is supervised by a number of committees that guarantee its good development and optimal exploitation.

The Project Board is the highest authority and is in charge of the overall management of the project. It is composed of one representative from each tutelle.

The project is also supervised by a Technical Advisory Committee which is in charge of the joint reviews required to validate the key phases of the project (PDRs, CDRs, TRRs, etc.). The committee is chaired by D. Mourard (OCA, France).

The allocation of the observing time open to the scientific community is managed by two Time Allocation Committees (one French, the other Mexican). These two committees collectively make recommendations regarding time allocation and proposal planning priorities, taking into consideration scientific merit, technical feasibility and programmatic criteria.
